Civic X SG is committed to properly protecting and respecting your privacy to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore (“PDPA”). As such, and in line with the PDPA, we have instituted a Privacy Policy.
We collect data from members for the following reasons;
- Communicating with members on their enquiries, requests or feedbacks
- Disciplinary matters such as complaints received by the club’s admins or breaking the club rules and regulations
- Updating members on our activities, promotion or Group buys
- Publish photographs in which the members may appear on our website and social media platforms.
- To provide information, materials or documents on any events, products, services, by the Club or essays its approved vendor via email, SMS/Telegram/Whatsapp or phone call, even if the Member is registered under the Do Not Call Registry;
- Any other purposes that we (CivicXSG) notify the member of and obtain their consent in advance
Any personal data information when shared are not meant for any monetary returns to the admins and will be solely for Long term returns for the club.
Civic X SG may amend this privacy policy from time to time and will make available the updated policy on this website.
Any disagreement to above must be reflected within 30 days of announcement to CivicXSG admin else it is deem as mutually consented
